The flat is approximately 450 square feet (40 m2) in size and includes a living room, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It has self-contained central heating.

To the front the flat has a small balcony. At the back is a French Window with an amazing view of the Golden Horn and the Suleymaniye Mosque.
